Adding Acturis user details to Leadpal

For Leadpal to interact correctly with Acturis, we need 4 key pieces of information for each user:

  1. Account Executive Number - A unique Acturis number provided for each account executive.

  2. Account Handler Number - A unique Acturis number provided for each account handler.

  3. Account Executive Office Number - A unique Acturis number that identifies the account executive office.

  4. Account Handler Office Number - A unique Acturis number that identifies the account handler office.

Obtaining your Acturis numbers

Your Acturis numbers should have been provided by your line manager. If your line manager is unsure how to access these details, please contact Leadpal support for assistance.

Adding your Acturis numbers to Leadpal

Each user of Leadpal must add their own unique Acturis numbers to their user profile in Leadpal, for the Acturis integration to work.

To add your own Acturis numbers to Leadpal:

1. Click on your username located at the top of the left hand menu bar. This will open up a menu:

2. Click on the Account settings menu item to open up your Leadpal user account sertings. This will open a drawer from the right hand side of your screen.

3. In the "Basic profile" tab, find the input boxes for Acturis Executive Office, Acturis Executive, Acturis Handler Office, Acturis Handler.

4. Populate the Acturis detail fields with your own unique Acturis values and at the bottom of the tab, press Save.
