The Lead Manager in Leadpal is your central command center for managing and tracking every aspect of a lead’s journey through your sales pipeline. This comprehensive tool provides a detailed view of each lead, enabling you to efficiently manage your sales process and ensure that no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Whether you’re updating lead information, scheduling callbacks, or collaborating with your team, the Lead Manager puts all the information you need at your fingertips.

Get Started

Go to a report: Prospects, Fact Finding, Quoted, Won or Lost, and click a lead's name to open it.

You'll be presented with an interface that streamlines your workflow and gives you complete control over the lead management process.

Key Components

Actions Bar:

Located at the top of the screen, the actions bar provides quick access to essential functions:

  • Disqualify: Allows you to disqualify the lead by assigning a lost reason.

  • Transfer Lead: This option allows you to move the lead to a different department, ensuring the right team handles it.

  • Schedule Callback: You can set a reminder for a future follow-up, ensuring timely communication.

  • Log Call: Record details of any calls made, keeping a precise history of interactions.

  • Save Button: Always available to save any changes or updates to the lead’s information.

Lead Progress Panel:

Directly below the actions bar, the Lead Progress Panel displays the lead’s name and its current stage in the sales pipeline: Prospects, Fact Finding, Quoted, or Won. This visual representation lets you quickly assess where the lead stands and what steps are needed next.

Lead Information Panel:

This is the heart of the Lead Manager, divided into several sections that provide a comprehensive view of the lead.

Summary Panel:

This section includes key details such as the date the lead was received, the lead source, phone number, and cov gives you a quick overview of the most critical information.

Lead Information Panel:

  • Contact Tab: This tab contains the lead’s Name, Business Name, Phone Number, Business Email Address, and Address (with a postcode lookup feature for easy entry).

  • Product Tab: Displays the Product Type and Cover Date.

  • Lead Tab: Includes detailed fields such as Lead Source, First Contact Made, Fact Find Sent, Advisor, Potential Premium, Potential Income, Date of Recommendation, Payment Type, Written Premium, Income, Fee, Date of Sale, Lost Reason, and Calls.

  • Miscellaneous Tab: This tab holds additional identifiers, such as the Acturis Reference and Introducer Reference, which are crucial for integration with external systems.

Premium and Income Information Panel:

This section provides a breakdown of the financial details associated with the lead, helping you track potential revenue and finalised premiums.

Progressor Panel:

The Progressor Panel is an invaluable tool for advisors. It highlights the required information needed to advance the lead to the next stage of the pipeline.

For example, fields like Advisor, Cover Date, Product Type, Potential Premium, and Potential Income must be completed to move a lead from Prospects > Fact Finding.

Collaborators Panel:

Displays a list of team members collaborating on the lead, fostering teamwork and ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and involved.

Additional Information:

This section is divided into four tabs:

  • Notes: Record and review interactions with the lead, including system-generated and advisor-generated notes.

  • Files: Upload and manage documents related to the lead, such as quotes or contracts.

  • Audit Log: Tracks every action taken on the lead, providing a complete history and ensuring transparency.

  • Metadata: Contains technical details like Company ID, Lead ID, and the date the lead was created, which are useful for tracking and integration purposes.
