Filters in Analytics offer powerful tools for refining your data and focusing on the most critical insights. This guide will walk you through how to use, save, and manage filters effectively.

Setting a Date Range

  • Access the Date Range Selector:

    You’ll find a date range selector in the Analytics section at the top of the page.

  • Choose a Date Range:

    You can select from predefined options such as Last Year, This Year, Last Quarter, This Quarter, 6 Months, 3 Months, Last Month, and This Month. Alternatively, you can set a Custom Date Range by manually selecting the start and end dates.

  • Apply the Date Range:

    Once you’ve selected the desired date range, the data will automatically update to reflect this period across all reports.

Filters

Next to the date range selector, click the Filter button to open the filtering options.

Choose Filters

You can filter the data by Company, Users, Lead Sources, and Tags.

  • Select the desired filters to narrow the data according to your needs.

  • After selecting your filters, the data will update automatically.

  • When filters are active, the Filter button will be highlighted in orange, and the active filters will appear below.

Saving Filter Sets

Filter sets can be saved, allowing you to reaccess them easily.

  • After applying your desired filters, click 'Save Filter'.

  • Enter a name for your filter and click 'Save'.

Saved filters will be available for quick access from the filter menu, allowing you to apply the same filters with a click.

Managing Applied Filters

When filters are active, the filter icon will be highlighted in orange. Active filters are displayed below the Filter button.

Remove Filters

  • To remove a specific filter, click the 'Red Cross' next to the filter name.

  • To remove all active filters, click 'Clear All'.

Using Report-Specific Filters

Some reports within Leadpal have specific filters that apply only to that particular report. These filters are separate from the general filters at the top of the page.

Applying Report-Specific Filters

The Top Prospect for Lead Source and Top 100 Prospects allow filtering by pipeline stage.

Managing Report-Specific Filters:

  • When a report-specific filter is active, it will be highlighted in orange.

  • To remove a report-specific filter, click the 'Filter' button and select 'Clear Report Filters'.
