The dashboard is your central hub in Leadpal Tracker. It provides an overview of the performance and status of your submitted leads. Upon logging into Leadpal Tracker, you will be directed to this dashboard, where you can easily monitor key metrics and updates.

Dashboard Overview

Here’s a breakdown of the sections and data you’ll find on your Leadpal Tracker dashboard:

Key Statistics:

This section provides a quick snapshot of your lead performance, helping you understand your leads' performance at a glance.

  • The total number of leads you’ve submitted.

  • The number of leads that are still open.

  • The number of leads marked as won.

  • The number of leads marked as lost.

  • Your overall conversion rate.

Lead Status:

This widget displays a graph illustrating the number of leads in each pipeline stage: Prospect, Fact-Finding, Quoted, Won, and Lost.

This visual representation helps you track the distribution of your leads across different stages, allowing you to identify where most of your leads currently stand.

Product Breakdown:

This widget displays a graph that breaks down your leads by type, showing the percentage of commercial and personal leads.

Recent Sales:

This widget displays a table listing the most recent leads marked as won. This section allows you to quickly see your most recent successes and gives you insights into the types of leads that are converting into sales.

Recently Updated:

This widget displays a table displaying the leads that have been most recently updated. It informs you of any recent changes or progress made on your leads, ensuring you’re constantly updated with the latest information.

Leads by Month:

A graph showing the number of leads you have submitted per month. This allows you to track your lead submission trends over time, helping you identify patterns or seasonal variations in your lead generation efforts.
