Keeping your password secure and up-to-date protects your Leadpal Tracker account. Follow the steps below to update your password directly from your profile.

Step 1: Access Your Profile

  • Log in to Leadpal Tracker:

Start by logging into your Leadpal Tracker account with your current credentials.

  • Navigate to Your Profile:

Once logged in, click on your name located in the bottom-right corner of the sidebar.

Step 2: Update Your Password

  • Scroll to the Account Management Section:

In your profile page, scroll down until you find the “Account Management” section.

  • Generate a New Password:

Click the “Generate Password” button. A new, strong password will be automatically generated for you. If you prefer to create your own password, overwrite the generated one with a password of your choice.

  • Confirm Your New Password:

Step 3: Save Your Changes

Save the New Password:

After entering your new password, scroll down and click “Update Profile” to save your changes. Your password has now been updated.

Step 4: Log In with Your New Password

Log Out and Log Back In:

  • To ensure your new password is active, log out of Leadpal Tracker by clicking on your username and selecting “Log Out”.

  • Log back in using your email address and new password.
