How to Log a New Call
Step 1: Select the Lead
Begin by selecting the lead that you are communicating with.
Step 2: Log the Call
Once you're in the edit screen, click the 'Log call' icon.
Note: You can see how many calls have been logged so far in the bubble.
Step 3: Add a Note
While in the lead edit screen, it's crucial to add a note to each logged call. This note should summarize the conversation or highlight important points discussed.
