Acturis Default Account Handler/Executive

When a Contact is created in Acturis via the web interface (after you’ve logged in), the system automatically assigns an Account Handler and an Account Executive to the new Contact.

The same is required when a Lead is added to Acturis via Leadpal, however, since most of your leads will be landing into Leadpal automatically, we need to know what Account Handler and Executive to assign to the Contact.

Note: These values are only used when there is no Advisor assigned to the lead in Leadpal. Assigning an advisor to a lead will updated Acturis with the Advisor's Acturis details if they are present.

Step 1

Ask your Acturis administrator to create a new Account Handler and Account Executive called "Leadpal". Ensure that you have 4 numbers ready for Leadpal:

  • Account Executive

  • Account Executive Office

  • Account Handler

  • Account Handler Office

Step 2

After logging into Leadpal as an administrator, please click on the Settings menu item in the left hand navigation bar. If you cannot see the Settings item, please scroll the sidebar until it comes into view.

Step 3

Once the settings panel has opened, click on the Integrations menu option in the left hand settings menu bar:

From the Integrations settings screen, look for the Default Executive Office, Default Executive, Default Handler Office, and Default Handler input fields.

Add the details that you were given when your administrator created your new Leadpal handler and executive accounts and press Save at the bottom of the screen.
